🌙 諮商中心夜間入館方式調整 Updated Evening Access Procedures

夜間入館主要提供當日已有預約晤談，或已報名團體／活動的同學使用。
Counseling Center evening access is primarily available to students who have a scheduled counseling appointment or are registered for a group session or activity that day.

🔑 夜間入館方式  How to Enter the Counseling Center in the Evening (After 17:00)

Step1. 當抵達諮商中心後，若館舍自動門未開啟，請按門口對講機
① Upon arriving at the Counseling Center, if the building’s automatic door does not open, please use the intercom at the entrance.

Step2. 請告知：(1) 您的來訪目的(ex.參加活動/來諮商/其他)、(2)學號後四碼

② Please provide: (1)The purpose of your visit (ex, for activities, counseling, other else) and (2) The last four digits of your student ID number

Step3. 確認預約或活動資訊後，將協助開門
③ After your appointment or activity information is confirmed, the door will be unlocked for you.

Step4. 入館後，請至 2 樓諮商中心，依原流程報到即可
④ Once inside, please proceed to the Counseling Center on the 2nd floor and check in as usual.

📌 夜間服務提醒Evening Service Reminders

1. 夜間現場恕無法直接提供臨時服務；若您有其他接洽或諮詢需求，可先寄信到諮商中心信箱或隔日白天服務時間再訪。
Please note that walk-in services are not available at night. If you have other inquiries or need assistance, please email the Counseling Center or visit us again during our regular daytime service hours. 

2. 如您抵達時遇到門禁或入館問題，也可致電諮商中心，我們會協助您處理。

If you encounter any access or entry issues upon arrival, you may also call the Counseling Center, and we will be happy to assist you.

若您遇到的是緊急或危機狀況，請不要僅透過一般門禁流程等待協助，請依學校既有的緊急求助管道尋求協助。
If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis situation, please do not rely solely on the regular access procedure. Instead, please use the University's existing emergency assistance channels to seek immediate help.
